Wealth Tools Systems Inc. Customer Product & Service Agreement for Canadian Customers

Please read the following carefully in its entirety. The important policies and procedures outlined below contain important instructions and must be strictly followed to be eligible for a refund.

• I authorize Wealth Tools Systems Inc. to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Wealth Tools Systems Inc. and all of its staff, employees, officers, or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in the products and services received. From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
• I understand providing the information on the other side of this form gives Wealth Tools Systems Inc. permission to communicate with me by mail, fax, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information I may find valuable in my business.
• I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and provincial copyright and trademark laws.

Written Notice of Cancellation

I understand all transactions are final 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of Audio course(s)/Reading course materials. Should I choose to effectuate a cancellation on or before 10 calendar days from the date of the transaction, I will CALL and EMAIL a notice of cancellation to CHRIS JOHNSON'S OFFICE for return instructions/address. The office contact information will be in the respective course materials. All cancellations and refunds must be authorized by CHRIS JOHNSON'S OFFICE before the refund will be initiated. My written notice of cancellation must include ALL of the following:

1. ALL Materials in ORIGINAL Condition carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
2. My name, address, telephone number, email address, photocopy of sales receipt.
3. Email Shipping tracking number to Chris Johnson's office

I understand there will be no consideration or authorization for a refund without submittal of the above three items. My returned package must be postmarked no later than 10 calendar days from the date of received return instruction from Chris Johnson's office.

I understand there will be no consideration or authorization for a refund from Wealth Tools Systems Inc. for any boot camp, workshop or membership beyond 10 calendar days, whether or not said boot camp, workshop or membership has occurred.

I understand that upon approval of my cancellation and receipt of all materials, any payments made under the written contract of sale will be refunded within 30 days. Any damaged or missing materials will be assessed a minimum $100.00 fee or more. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund. Any bonus items received in association with purchased materials will need to be returned.

I understand that there will be a penalty of $25 charged for returned cheques or denied credit card authorizations.

I understand that materials cannot be returned at subsequent seminars, symposiums or training meetings. WEALTHTOOLS SYSTEMS Inc. will not be responsible for honoring refunds that do not follow the process outlined above.

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty by selecting the "I agree" checkbox to execute this agreement. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
